Represent issuers, arrangers, underwriters, placement agents, advisors and investors in securitization transactions involving a vast array of assets including distressed loans, equipment loans and leases, insurance broker fees.

Provide clients with restructuring advisory services to shareholders, companies, boards, creditors and financial institutions including capital structure review, out of court recapitalization, business plan analysis, liquidity needs and debt capacity assessment.

Advise on strategic and transaction; specific advice on debt related projects with respect to acquisition financing, selection and implementation of the appropriate financing instrument including bank facilities, bonds, alternative and structured finance.

Assist corporates and financial institutions in reviewing strategic options and provide advice in order to access domestic and international capital markets in the most efficient way.
